TTantos is the ideal partnership for the development of its fashion line resulting in a quality product with
the label “Made in Portugal”. Because we believe in working closely with each client, within our facilities
we have several services that makes us closer and more careful with each piece of clothing.

Automatic Cutting

Extending fabric, mesh, lining, interlining and paste automatically on the conveyor. The cutting information is sent to the CAD program (Cut file), and then the Automatic Multi-Layer Cloth Cutting Machine proceed with a blade, cutting of the parts according to the plans and marked (patterns) passed by the Pattern Maker. It is the fastest and most accurate process to respond and meet deadlines set between Ttantos and the client or brand in the production of your collection.

Laser Cutting

Placing the fabric or mesh on a rug with magnets to hold and stabilize. With the AI or DXF patterns, the files are placed on the machine, where the programming and definition of the type of cut is carried out and in which material, so that the result requested by the client our brand is achieved.

Embroidery

Through an image, the file is placed in an embroidery program, where the type of stitch, thickness, speed, and effect is defined. We use quality yarn, with various types of fiber, so that the final effect and result of the embroidery, with different possibilities due to the characteristics of the yarns and stiches, is as defined as possible.

Localized Sublimation
/Allover

By AI or PNG file, is printed on transfer paper intended for sublimation, the localized or allover (rapport) desired by the client or brand, in a printer intended for this purpose. With the fabric in PPT, preferably composed of synthetic fibers, the roll of fabric passes inside the sublimation machine, together with the transfer paper with the desired image (localized or allover). With the heat, the image is transferred to the fabric, ending with fixative. This sublimation process is the most suitable and with greater durability for swimwear garments for example.

Transfers

Printing, in traditional or larger printer, on transfer paper with the ability to carry heat from iron or press. Fast and very usual method in transferring brand/size/composition labels in sportswear, sportswear, and swimwear to avoid using more textile materials giving a cleaner finish.

Digital Print
Located/Allover

Digital files (jpeg, png, tiff) are placed on the digital printer. With the tissue roll (preferably of natural and cellulosic fibers) it is placed directly on the printer, to which it pulls. As the ink cartridge passes, drying is immediate with high image definition. It is a fast process with durability.

Traditional Print
Silkscreen

With frame opening (in programming is made the color separation of the desired stamping) ink passes through the openings of the image. The color separation in these canvases is made with cutouts, the ink passes through the desired places. The ink is leaked by pressure and pulled by a squeegee or puller through a polyester or nylon fabric. Depending on the quality of the print and the finish, we can obtain different results according to the client needs.

Industrial Laundry

Washing in industrial machines where we have normal washing with softener and washing with silicone, for the clothing to come out with a softer and fluffy touch, as per customer’s request as result.

The first sample the manufacter makes in developing samples to test adjustments, measurements and patterns, with original fabric or similar.

Salesman samples (SMS) are produce to displayed to pre-sell the collection and for assessing consumires feedback.

Test to control the measurements and fitting according to the graduation of sizes of the client’s order.​

Collection

Process incorporated in the process of samples where, the client can order certain model (sample) in various fabrics and colors of a single size to test.

PPS

Pre-production sample (PPS) is the last stage of sample process. It is the product that will be evaluated in all details. Obtaining the approval to PPS by the client, the Final Stage = Production, according to production order (PO), begins.

Reduce

Renewable energy – 75% capacity of solar panels. Water control on all floors such as washbasin taps with water regulator. The Commercial Department presents sustainable raw materials and accessories to customers looking to be part of this policy in the fashion world.

Reuse

Client or brand knowledge stock flow for use in new production. The entity’s employees are made aware of sustainability training, as well as part of the company’s code of conduct. We reuse dead stock of fabric or mesh to make Tote bags for company use to transport samples or offer customers to visit the facilities.

Recycle

All floors of the building have Recycling bin. Every week the machine oil is changed and placed in a recycling container. During automatic cutting, the paper is separated from the plastic covering the fabric layers, as well as the fabric waste. External companies collect this same separation to recycle and give rise to new material to be used again in automatic cutting.
